The agriturismo

Only 20 minutes from Venice in a 300 hectare estate 6 comfortable units obtained from the restoring of the ancient manor are an ideal accommodation for those who want to discover the artistic treasures of Venice as well as Treviso, Padua, the Brenta Villa and want to enjoy a relaxed vacation immersed in an uncontaminated nature.

The accommodation

Surrounded by a large garden with big trees, the small manor has been completely restored in 2003 and 6 apartments have been created and destined to farm holidays.

The property has 6 comfortable units: Alloro, a studio that can sleep 2, Melograno a two bedroom apartment that can accommodate 4 people and Ginestra a three bedroom apartment that can sleep 5, all located on the main floor; on the first floor instead Calicantus, Magnolia and Oleandro are two bedroom apartments that can accommodate 4 people, all carefully furnished, with full equipped kitchens, TV SAT.

Each apartment has an exclusive area in the garden fully equipped with tables, chairs and barbecue.
To complete the service facilities available to our guests, a comfortable laundry is situated in a separate structure.

Activities and surrounding

The farm house is part of a 300 hectare estate, completely cultivated; the two rivers bordering the estate and the channels crossing it create a wonderful mix with the cultivated fields and an uncotaminated water environment, rich of wild fauna.

Guest can walk or ride their bicycle along the 6 kilometers of internal roads where herons, ducks and other varieties of birds, as well as pheasants and hares live in freedom in a total protected habitat. 

The estate also has exclusive access to the Zero river from which guests in their own boats, after only 2 kilometres of river navigation, can reach the magnificent Venice Lagoon.

For the sport lovers, a horse riding facility, tennis, bocce and soccer field as well as a swimming pool are located in close proximity.

For those who love art and culture Venice is only 20 minutes away; guests can easily reach also other beautiful Veneto cities such as Padua, the Brenta Villas, Treviso and Asolo.

For those who want to enjoy a day at the beach the Jesolo Lido is only 33 Km. away and reachable in 30 minutes, while the Venice Lido can be accessed by public boat service after leaving the car at the Tronchetto parking.
