VenicePhotoBirding is a farmhouse located on the edge of theVenice Lagoon,at the mouth of the Dese River, from where it is possible to take photos of beautiful sunsets and now rare reed beds. It is the ideal place to observe and photograph the birds of the lagoon wetlands.
It is alsoa perfect starting point for exploring the Veneto, Venice, the main cities of art and its beaches.

The farmhouse is located south of the Triestina highway, in an area of about 6 hectares occupied mainly by phytodepuration wetlands and other grassland areas. There are also numerous collectible fruit trees.
The remainder of the farm's land, covering an area of 46 hectares, is located north of the Triestina state highway, surrounded by a bend in the Dese River, where soybeans, sorghum, and alfalfa are grown.
Also in this area are numerous wetlands.
Renovated according to hospitality standards, the chalet is disposed on two floors, enjoyslarge windows and an enchanting view of the Venice lagoon.
On the ground floor is a large studio apartment with kitchenette, dining area and living room.On the second floor are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a room with 2 single beds, complete with bed linen, towels and air conditioning.
The house is surrounded by spaces with tables and chairs and small herb beds.There is a refreshing outdoor shower, water guns for children and a barbecue.

Birdwatching and "photo hunting" arepracticable from the car, in plots once cultivated and now set up to provide wildlife, botanical and landscape habitat, as well as phytodepuration of water.These wetlands are the main attraction of the farm along with the nearby Venice Lagoon.
Excursions to the lagoon are also possible (by reservation) and pesca with a rod and reel.
Various beaches can be visited in the vicinity: the first is theAlberoniat Lido di Venezia, which can be reached in half an hour by private vaporetto fromFusina.The second possibility are the beaches ofChioggia, Caorle andJesolo.
