The agriturismo
Farmhouse surrounded by greenery, at the foot of the picturesque Moreniche hills, historical theater of the most famous battles of the Risorgimento and territorial heritage of Custoza, refined white wine of the ancient peasant tradition.
The property, equipped with a swimming pool and an extraordinary forest, is located halfway between the beautiful cities of Verona and Mantua and about 30 minutes from Lake Garda.
It has a charging station for electric vehicles.
The accommodation
The farm holiday was opened in June 2005 and it can offer you everything for a comfortable stay. It has 7 apartments, 3 bed-sitting room, and 4 rooms. For the summer 2008, it will be a beautiful swimming-pool.
All the apartments are very spacious (55mq).each one has a double bedroom, a bathroom, a sitting room with a double sofa bed and a highly functional kitchen. The bedrooms are very large and can lodge up to four people. Two rooms are available for unability persons. The lodgings are all on the ground floor with indipendent entrance, indipendent heating and air conditioning, satellite tv and modem top.
Each apartment has a garden with a small table and some chairs. There is also a large park and a swimming pool for your relax.
The latest novelty is the creation of a wood, extraordinary and unique to the typically hilly area of Verona, where guests can have a picnic or spend some relaxing time in the shady trees.
Activities and surrounding
At the Melograno agriturismo you can relax in the swimming pool, reserved for guests and suitable also for families with children, or enjoy the coolness of the adjoining wood, the only one in the entire province of Verona.
Buffet breakfast is served with genuine products in a spacious room. The parking area, with automatized entry, is at the guests disposal. There is a laundry service too.
Anyone who loves walking will be able to find a lot of easy footpaths through the country or up the hills. Guests can have free rent bicycles both for adults and for children at their disposal (if available). Just nearby you can find a wonderful golf course at 18 holes with arrangements with the farm holidays.
Within at about 15/20 km there are spa centres such as Villa dei Cedri, amusement parks (Gardaland, Caneva World, Parco Zoo Safari, Parco Sigurtà) and all you want to spend your holidays in the best way.
Verona, a beautiful art city rich in culture and events of different type, is at only 20 km as well as the charming landscapes of Lake Garda, the environments of Lessinia and of Monte Baldo.
The farm holiday is in an optimal strategic position as it is just near the motorway exit (5 km) and Valerio Catullo airport (about 10 km).
