The agriturismo
The agriturismo offers a variety of seasonal vegetables, along with typical Salento products, all from our farm in Otranto. Specialties include cheeses and dairy products such as mozzarella, burrate, and scamorze, as well as pork and beef. In addition, homemade pasta and bread are served. Every dish served reflects the most authentic values of rural tradition. These values are also passed on to children through activities that involve them in the harvesting, preparation, and storage of our farm's fresh produce.
