The cuisine is inspired by the traditions of the Emiliano-Romagnolo territory, born from a strong bond with their land, and the seasonality of the products present in the fields. The owners welcome guests to the farm and teach them how to pick seasonal fruit and vegetables and then make pasta and traditional local dishes. Courses are organized to learn how to roll the pastry and make tortellini, tagliatelle, tortelloni, lasagne, and other cooking classes.
