The agriturismo
Surrounded by the nature of the Genoa hills, 20 km from the centre of the Ligurian capital, the agriturismo is sustainably run: the hot water is produced using solar panels, the linen and the crockery are washed using organic detergents, the food is cooked using a solar powered kitchen and in respect of the simple practices of domestic ecology, from composting to self-made soaps.
The farm rears sheep, donkeys, calves, hens and rabbits, and guests can enjoy produce from the vegetable gardens, used to prepare wholesome Ligurian and other dishes.
The accommodation
The farm, in addition to offering intimate and tastefully furnished rooms, also has a spacious terrace with a solarium, and a separate kitchen available to all guests.
The agriturismo also offers a range of delicious Ligurian and other cuisine: a range of baked goods, vegetables grown in the farm’s vegetable garden, the farm’s own meat and produce from other local organic and traditional farms which have chosen not to use synthetic chemicals or herbicides.
