Via Cascione, 4, 18010 Villa Faraldi (Imperia) Code 008067-AGR.-0003
With a splendid view of the village and the hills from the spacious veranda of its restaurant, the agriturismo has been family-run for three generations and offers food made from its own farm produce: vegetables and oil, olives, homemade pasta and quality meats.
Guests can stay in one of 4 comfortable and carefully furnished double rooms with bathroom, quiet and equipped with all conveniences, cool in summer and independently heated in winter. Rooms are cleaned and tidied daily.
All food used in the restaurant (open also to the public with reservation) comes from the farm’s own plantations and livestock, cultivated and raised on its own land. The agriturismo’s own extra virgin olive oil can be purchased at the farm shop. The menu offers traditional Ligurian and Piedmont dishes: vegetable and meat appetizers; homemade pasta; main courses of braised meat, T-bone steaks, mixed grills, boiled meats, steaks and a wide range of cold meats, all made on-site (salami, ham and prosciutto, bresaola, chicken and pork frankfurters, mortadella, etc.).
The Piedmontese cattle, fed with corn and cereals, are raised in the modern animal shed and slaughtered on-site. Their manure provides fertiliser for the crops.
11 km from the villageof Villa Faraldi, in the coastal town of Andora, is the agriturismo shop where meats are on sale.
Inform the agriturismo of any animals at the time of booking.
Pleased to meet you, I am sandra and I am 55 years old.
This is me and my father, fratello Roberto
I have been managing Villa Faraldi since 2000 along with my brother.
As well as we cook for the guests, we take care of the crops, we rear the animals.
It was a desire to to live in nature which led me to run an agriturismo.
Our guests especially appreciate the food.
