The restaurant of the Alle Baite farmhouse offers simple but tasty dishes of local tradition , complemented by new proven recipes; everything is " home-made " by using products mainly from the company or other local businesses to ensure authentic and genuine flavors. The recipes are seasonal, except the orobic tarenta polenta (typical dish of Branzi) served all year round. Bread, jams, pies and ice cream are also home made.
