The master housereceives the hosts in his intimate andelegant halls while in Spring and summerwhen the gardens offer fragrances andcolours, it is received to the open gallery orin garden.
Our "traditional" kitchen is also visitedagain to offer greedy and unexpectedplates. The vegetable garden that insummer is rich in tomatoes, aubergines, marrow with their flowers, sweet and spicypaprika, onions, aromatic grasses, raspberries and delays with plums, apricots and walnuts becomes the firstfountain to which to obtain for thepreparation of our menus
