A stay from Marilena la Casella is an experience to discover the unique flavors of Umbrian cuisine , the healthiest and most genuine one, following the ancient recipes of this land made with the company's products .
Under the wooden beams of our restaurant, you can enjoy the delicious dishes of our cuisine and local products, from pickled beans to truffles to Chianina cut , from lamb broomstick soup and many other Umbrian recipes, or to taste Dry sausages , cold meats or cheeses combined with local wines .
Every morning we serve breakfast with croissants, yougurt, dumplings and homemade tarts with our own jams and honey .
We also enjoy those who do not stay with us, but ONLY ON BOOKING
