Check in and Check out:
The"check in" time is generally 4 p.m. and the"check out" time is 10 a.m.
In the case of departures and arrivals of clients on the same day, the "check out" time must absolutely be observed and the "check in" time cannot be early so as to allow cleaning for new arrivals. Otherwise, if necessary, exceptions can be made.
Terms of payment:
An initial payment equivalent to half of the total amount will be made at the time of booking. The balance must be paid prior to arrival. Payment arrangements will be agreed upon each time between us and the guest.
Upon arrival, ID will be required for each guest and the address of the person who made the reservation in order to prepare the invoice.
Garbage Collection:
Garbage collection is very strict in this area: directions will be given upon arrival to carry it out without receiving fines from the municipality. Doing it after all is easy and benefits the planet where we all live.
House rules:
Smoking is prohibited in the house. Outside, including the small terrace on the second floor, is allowed. Please be careful, especially in summer, not to throw lit (but not unlit either) butts around.
The same care should be taken when using the barbecue: summers are getting drier and one must be very careful not to cause fires.
It is strongly requested not to enter the house with shoes on, both as a matter of hygiene and so as not to ruin the floors.
In the countryside, noises can be heard from a distance: parties, music, shouting would be heard in every house in the valley. Have fun but do it with respect for others.
The pool is not an Olympic-sized concrete pool: treat it with respect by avoiding diving and naval battles.
Heating
During the cold season 1 bag of pellets per day will be provided and a heating fee of 10€ will be charged for each extra bag of pellets used, depending on the needs of the guests. Please note that, by law, heating in our area cannot be turned on before November 8 and no later than April 7, and that the indoor temperature cannot exceed 22°. However, since the house is very well insulated, the use of heating is very limited.
Final cleaning fee:
Please note that the final cleaning fee is mandatory.
