In the heart of the Itria Valley, surrounded by the meadows of the Martina Franca countryside, this agritourism offers a multi-faceted vacation, with the possibility of carrying out magnificent activities under the banner of fun and authenticity!

Interactive cheese, pasta and taralli workshops are organized, or enjoy a magnificent cooking class with the chef, introducing guests to the gastronomy, enchanting landscapes and culture of the Apulian territory, with its many UNESCO sites, splendid architectural works, protected areas and corners for relaxation.

The farm features comfortable rooms with private entrance, WiFi, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, compact kitchen, and private bathroom with shower.

A populated barn, which can be visited, provides raw materials that are processed in the farm's dairy. Dairy and bakery products represent the local tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation, which guests will be able to enjoy.

The facility is located 480 m above sea level and is surrounded by acres of greenery.

The experiences we offer guests, are imbued with a storytelling that runs through the history and architecture of the place where we are, the farms and crops, the pristine forests , the production of dairy and baked goods, our B&B and the delicious tasting we offer at the table!

One of our guides leads guests on a tour of the entire farm. The Tour is enriched with an "experiential" part with workshops
to choose between the ancient b akery and the dairy (upon request, there is the possibility to provide both interactive workshops).

Our "bakers" in the initial phase show how to make handmade pasta in different typical Apulian shapes or to roll taralli.

Then it's the guests' turn to put their "hands in the dough"! In the interactive dairy workshop, on the other hand, a "master cheesemaker" devotes himself entirely to guests during the operation, teaching them how to weave mozzarella and close burrate.

You can also join our chef in the restaurant's kitchen, who, after teaching how to make handmade pasta, initiates a real cooking class and provides seasonal ingredients, testing guests with their imagination at the stove. Dishes ready, you taste the result!

The farmhouse is also just a few kilometers from the Bosco delle Pianelle nature reserve and 5 kilometers from baroque Martina Franca.

Easily reachable places and towns characteristic of the Murgia, thanks also to bikes that can be rented on the farm and guided tours. The staff organizes tours of the area on horseback, walks in the woods and visits to the caves. Moving by car, it will be possible to visit Locorotondo, Alberobello, Ostuni, Cisternino, Fasano and try their food and wine specialties: typical dairy and non-dairy products , such as caciocavallo and capocollo of Martina Franca, the wineries with many wines to taste in Locorotondo, the peculiarities of the gastronomy of Cisternino and much more. Local attractions include the Safari Zoo and Selva di Fasano, the Castellana Caves, the sea and much more.
