The historic farm produces cheese, ripened in natural caves, hand-excavated just after the second world war: the caves maintain a temperature of 18 degrees all year round, making them the perfect location for the maturing process. The farm's livestock produces the ingredients used to produce the cheese.
All around the restaurant, the majestic landscape and unspoilt nature offer breath-taking views.
The educational farm welcomes school groups and guests looking to discover how a farm works, from caring for the animals to the milking and of course the cheese production, with guided tours of one of the two ripening caves.
