We are an organic farm that hosts a few select guests in our home, we offer only products from our farms cooked with old peasant recipes. With us you can choose from our small tourist a la carte menu or our daily menu. You'll eat artisanal cured meats and cheeses from wild boar, roe deer, Mora Romagnola and donkey, cow or sheep cheeses, aged in the barn or cave with our honey. Homemade stuffed starters in the Romagna tradition seasoned with slow-cooked ragout or with porcini mushrooms or truffles from our woods. Main courses are of game meat from our woods or Romagnola blackberry and steers raised in the wild. There is never a shortage of vegetable dishes from our gardens so as to please all tastes and needs. Traditional homemade desserts cannot be missed. On our farm we produce multiple products from meats and cheeses to vegetables and fruits, wine, oil honey, hazelnut spreads and honey, beers and much more. Upon request we prepare dishes or complete menus for celiacs, vegans or allergic people in general. We always receive by reservation only as our first job is that of farmers.
