The thirty-year-experience chef Marco Azaghi, born in the prominent restaurants of the Tigullio Gulf, will delight your palates with an extremely true, tasty, sought-after and linked to the Ligurian and Mediterranean traditions cuisine.
Why Chef Stallato? Because its is a choice of Quality, Respect and Genuineity: the plants are those of our organic farm; Meats, cheeses and cold cuts are processed by him (coming from milk daily milked and meat from our Jersey and Cabannine cows, Slow Food Presidium); Pasta and bread (natural yeast) are homemade with homeodynamic flour ..

In the lounge, Sommelier Francesca and the enthusiastic son Sergio will also be able to recommend one of the excellent Natural Labels located in our winery to match your meal.

Pleased to meet you, I am Francesca and I am 53 years old.
This is me and my family, mio marito Marco, i miei figli Simone, Sergio e Paolo
I have been doing this job for 10 years along with my family.
As well as we cook for the guests, we take care of the crops, we rear the animals.
It was a desire to to pursue a passion which led me to run an agriturismo.
According to the guests, the best thing about our agriturismo is the food.
