Prices and payment
Prices are per apartment and per day, for stays of a minimum duration of 3 nights. A flat surcharge applies for shorter stays. Children up to 2.99 years old stay for free; the supplement for each additional person over three years old is €25 per night.
Not included in the price is tourist tax, which is €2.60 per person per night (children under 14 are exempt).
Upon arrival you will receive your complimentary HolidayPass card.
Prices include the provision of bed and bath linens, electricity and heating costs, and final cleaning service. Use of the sauna is also included. Children's equipment (cribs and high chairs) is available on request and, for a fee, laundry service is also available.
At the farm you can pay only in cash or by card; the nearest ATM is about 13 km away. If you prefer, we gladly accept the balance in advance by bank transfer.
Deposit
A deposit is required to confirm the reservation, the amount of which depends on the duration of the booked stay.
Cancellation
The Consumer Code does not provide for the right of cancellation, however we offer our guests the opportunity to cancel the reservation under the conditions described below.
- Within 3 months prior to the date of arrival we retain only the deposit
- From 3 months to 4 weeks before scheduled arrival we charge a penalty of 50% of the price of the stay
- For cancellations made in the last 4 weeks before arrival, the penalty is 100% of the price of the stay.
- Any cancellation fees will be deducted from the deposit already paid.
Express reference is made to Articles 45-67 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005).
Arrival and departure
The apartment will be at your disposal from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 9 a.m. on the day of departure.
During peak season, Saturday is the preferred arrival day.
Although roads are kept in excellent condition in winter, please note that winter tires or chains are still required.
HolidayPass
Upon arrival you will receive a complimentary HolidayPass card that allows free travel on all public transportation in South Tyrol (regular buses, city buses, regional trains), including ski buses to Val Badia and Val Pusteria. Please note: the HolidayPass must be validated before each trip!
Parking and transfer service
For guests arriving by train, we are happy to arrange a transfer service from Bruneck train station. For those arriving by car or motorcycle, on the other hand, free parking is available in our garage.

Sports and Leisure Services
At the farm you will find a ski depot with boot dryer and a mountain bike depot with washing station. We also provide hiking poles and snowshoes upon request. In the outdoor area you will also find a grill for your barbecues.
The farmhouse breakfast and fresh bread service
Upon request you can order fresh bread or let us spoil you with a tasty breakfast consisting of products from our farm and other regional delicacies.
Dogs and other pets
Many different animals live here at our farm, so we cannot accept outside pets. We thank you for your understanding.
Personal effects
Wearing your slippers will help us keep the wooden floors beautiful. Please bring them with you.
Bring your own slippers so that you can relax in the sauna in an environmentally friendly way.
