After a careful renovation process, in which the site was enhanced using sustainable and eco-efficient solutions, the agriturismo was opened in May 2015. The owners live on the first floor of the main house, and on the ground floor you?ll find the reception desk, the breakfast rooms, the kitchen and a cosy lounge with open fireplace. The 6 rooms with bathrooms, located in the two adjacent buildings, are furnished with recycled and restored traditional Tuscan pieces (such as old stable doors and wooden crates used to gather olives).
Giogolino is a room with independent entrance, double bed and single bed, bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath. Moraiolo and Frantoio feature double (or twin) beds, heating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, mini bars, satellite TV, electric kettles and hairdryers. Mignola and Leccino each have an independent entrance and private garden access, a double bed, heating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a mini bar, satellite TV, an electric kettle and a hairdryer; Leccino also includes a third bed.
Camera Benessere Colombino has an independent entrance, private garden area, a double bed, and all the comforts of the Mignola room. The bathroom also features an old stone washbasin and a walk-in shower with private hammam.
The former hayloft now houses a wellbeing zone offering olive oil treatments and vinotherapy, and a luxurious hammam. There is also a swimming pool with umbrellas and sunbeds overlooking the Chiana Valley. Breakfast is served on the ground floor or in the garden in summer, and comprises a delicious selection of typical Tuscan cheeses and cured meats, tarts, biscotti and homemade bread and jams.
