Traditional recipes are resumed, with simple and seasonal dishes; the fixed menu , traditional or vegetarian , varies every week depending on the availability of raw materials, mostly coming from one's own company. Bread, pasta, desserts, preserves, jams and much more are homemade.
We also prepare dishes for vegans and celiacs (special needs and any intolerances / allergies are to be reported at the time of booking).
The restaurant is always open for guests staying, while booking the weekend .
