Old and genuine flavors where you can taste the dishes of typical Treviso cuisine in the diversity of flavors offered by each season, Chef Andrea allows himself to revisit the delicious dishes in a modern key to give guests refined connubial to the palate.
We begin the lineup of flavors with sliced meats, produced with quality and skill, pickled delicacies, moving on to homemade pasta with all the passion of yesteryear, ravioli...not forgetting then the second courses such as the spit, the chicken "al Raboso" an ancient recipe, braised beef, stew with pears and radicchio and to finish by treating ourselves to some sins of gluttony among the dry and spoon desserts .
