The agriturismo

The Kofler Farm tavern is a simple and cosy place: a place where you can really find the innkeeper!

The dishes are those of the Trentino tradition, nonesa and alto atesina, where you can taste genuine flavours and respect for the land: strangolapreti, cheese dumplings, dumplings, potato cakes, Speck, polenta, stews, apple strudel, semifreddi...

The ingredients, all in season, come from the organic farm of the farm and from farms that follow the same principles.

Guests are welcomed in a room with typical features and an intimate and familiar atmosphere.

The henhouse and vegetable gardens for vegetables, herbs, medicinal herbs and small fruits are visible under the tavern.

 

The restaurant is open every day except Tuesdays in low season.

Pleased to meet you, I am DORIS and I am 47 years old.
The photo is of me and my daughter, EMY ED ALYSA
I have been doing this job for 11 years along with my husband.
As well as we cook for the guests, we take care of the crops, we rear the animals.
I decided to manage an agriturismo because to give my children a better life
Our guests especially appreciate the warm family welcome.
