The agriturismo
Exclusive agri-restaurant only for our guests, open two days a week, with typical Tuscan dishes based on organic farm products and Tuscan companies. Ribollita, wild boar alla cacciatora, rabbit alla Vernaccia, tagliatelle with eggplant and pecorino cheese, handmade pici, spelled salad, cantuccini Vaianino and cooked panne,.... are accompanied by typical wines of our area such as Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Vermentino, Chianti and Rosso delle colline Fiorentine.

Hi, my name is Marzia and I am 52 years old.

I have been managing Vaianino since 2000 with my children.
We take care of: we cook for the guests, we welcome the guests, we take care of the crops.
It was a desire to to keep the family business alive which led me to run an agriturismo.
Our guests especially like its closeness to artistic/cultural points of interest.
