The agriturismo
The Codirosso estate is a young farm, immersed in a wood of 100 hectares (entirely fenced) on top of the hills of the upper Cecina Valley.
The organic and eco-sustainable vocation of the company is also reflected in the restaurant: only products of own production or of the territory are used, thanks to a local authority of producers and farmers who use renewable and eco-sustainable energy for the production and processing of food.
For an ethical choice, the restaurant offers mostly vegetarian dishes, with the presence on the menu of local cold cuts and fish (strictly fresh).
The restaurant is open to the outside, upon reservation, on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
